Elephantabulous.com is not responsible for typying errors or photographic errors that may appear on this Web Site. We reserve the right to make adjustments or corrections due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuations or typographical or photographic errors in advertisements or product descriptions. Carvings and handmade items may vary slightly to photographs shown on the site. Policies, item availability and prices are subject to change without notice.

We sell to international customers but we accept payment only by bank transfer, when you have chosen your products, e-mail your order and we will calculate the cost in your currency, plus shipping and insurance to your area, as soon as you have made your payment we will dispatch your goods.

You maybe liable for local Customs duty and or taxes. Please check with your local authorities what is applicable as we are unable to advise on this.
Duty is payable to the courier on or prior to delivery of the goods; who will have already paid these in advance on your behalf to clear customs - they may also add a brokerage fee for this service.
We do our best with the use of the correct tariff codes and paperwork to minimise this liabilty - however; these charges are completely outside of our control.

Products sent outside of the UK must be returned by the customer if unwanted at the customers cost, refunds will be made after deduction of original delivery costs.

UK Delivery charges (mainland UK not outlying Islands or N Ireland) are shown alongside of prices shown on the site delivery charges not shown are at £3.00 for orders up to £30. £5 for orders up to £50 and delivery is free for all orders of £50 or over unless specified as POA this applies mainly to larger items and delivery ot some areas of the UK ie Chanel Isle, Scotish Isles and Isle of Man and N Ireland

Payment can be made by Cheque, Bank Transfer, Debit Card,Credit Cards

Delivery. Deliveries usually take 7 - 14 days from order, it can take up to fourteen days at which point please contact us. We will inform you if a product is out of stock and has to be ordered in, as soon as a delivery time can be established. All our deliveries are insured and can be tracked.

We are not responsible for the service of the Post Office and once we have sent it any quires as to delivery should be directed at them. Delivery times are conditional to the order being complete and us having the relevant information from the customer to process it.

All times quoted are Business Working days Mon - Fri. International Deliveries can take longer due to Postal Services and Distances involved
*We use independent carriers such as Parcel force and Royal Mail and Couriers are dependant on the service they offer. The carrier will only attempt to deliver the product twice, after which you will be responsible for making your own arrangements with them for delivery which may involve collecting the item from your local sorting office or the couriers depot.

Indemnity. You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.

Consumer Rights. None of the Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

Cancellations and complaints. You may cancel your order up to the point when the order has been dispatched, this usually occurs within 7 days of the order being placed but may be longer or shorter depending on the circumstances. If an order is cancelled before dispatch any charges payments made by the customer will be refunded in full providing the goods have not been dispatched. If the order is cancelled and the goods have already been dispatched it will be dealt with as a 'return',

Returns. In the case of returns a handling charge equal to the original delivery cost and credit card charges will be deducted from any refund if the goods are unwanted and not damaged or faulty in anyway. Where goods are sold as kits all the original components have to be returned together. All returned goods will only be accepted back in the original packaging.

Faulty items will be exchanged or repaired under the conditions of the manufacturers warranty.

In the event of complaint please e-mail us: customerservices@elephantabulous.com giving as much detail as you can. We will respond to your complaint as quickly as possible. You will be kept informed if there is any delay beyond this. Each complaint will be treated as confidential and given priority by a senior Partner.

This contract is and shall be deemed to have been made in England and shall in all respects be governed by English Law.
